The subject of the lecture will be the development of architectural drawings from the earliest times to the Tudor period.  The presenter is Dr. Neil Bingham who is a former curator at the V&A, RA and RIBA.

We heard from Frank Kelsall, a Heritage Building Consultant, about the post-war restorations, which are now failing and from our Surveyor and Architect, Bob Wilson and Joseph Edwards about the refurbishment works that we have planned. 

In between Laura Li, our Parish Administrator gave a brief insight into what it is like working in the Church now and why the current restoration is so desperately needed.

We welcomed His Eminence, Archbishop Angaelos of the Coptic Orthodox Church as he came to speak with our Rector, and Archdeacon of London, The Ven Luke Miller.

The conversation looked at the current life and ministry of the Coptic Orthodox Church and looked forward to the partnership between The Coptic Church and St Andrew’s and the Archdiocese of London.

We welcomed the Revd Douglas Dales for our first talk in 2021.

He spoke to us about St Bonaventure in a talk entitled A Saint for all seasons – the significance of St Bonaventure. He introduced St Bonaventure and explained why he deserves to be better known by Christians in this country.
